Sunday, November 17, 2013 - Nearly twelve years since birth, this wine is holding it's form exceptionally well.

On the nose, I detect hazelnuts and brioche. On the palette, the wine glides across the tongue with concentrated expressions of butterscotch, shortbread and honey. The acidity is perfect. It's light on it's feet, and just begs to be consumed.

I don't detect signs of decline, but this wine is not going to evolve to a better place at this point. Drink over the next 24 months to avoid disappointment.
