Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Remaining half bottle previously dispensed by Coravin. Nose of black cherry, almond, date, tangerine and vanilla. Black cherry, almond, date, vanilla and spice on the palate. Very long, layered finish. Served with a white chocolate frosted, chocolate cake with raspberry filling.
