Thursday, October 5, 2023 - (Disgorged in 1990, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay)
Orange colour with streams of fine bubbles slowly rising in the glass. Mature nose showing candied strawberries, dark chocolate, tangerine and buttercream in a delicious way. Intense on the palate with ripe red apples and blood orange on the mid, with lots of minerals on the finish leaving a saltiness on the lips in a very pleasant way.
