Sunday, March 31, 1991 - Lovely light salmon colour; wonderfully subtle orange fruit, harmonious, deep, slightly yeasty, spice and citrus; smooth and full but fresh, dry, excellent fruit but elegant, light and refined, harmonious, steely, flavours of melon, apricot and spices; very good length. Young but drinking well already.
