Sunday, April 15, 2018 - An absolutely splendid bottle. Complex aromatics of smoke, beef stock, root vegetables and black earth. It is sweet, vinous and lacy in the mouth. It is only-mid-weight but balance and proportion are impeccable. Savoury flavours linger for a long time after swallowing.
