Thursday, August 25, 2011 - Yellow and dense in the glass. Big nose of carmel, stone fruit and vanilla. Secondary citrus, oak and sage. Ditto the palate with full body and lychee. Fruit is bordering on overweight for its structure, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Long finish. Pleasant surprise.
