palate: again, apple. The metallic/mineral note is complementary at refrigerator temperature, but distracting as the wine warms. While the body is on the fuller side of lean, it is not particularly generous. At the same time, the acidity, while present, is not particularly vivacious. The flavors are OK, not exceptional. All in all, an OK bottle, but not one I would purchase again. I think My last bottle of champs purchased from Garagiste...I think it's safe to say that his taste does NOT align with mine in this region. Good to know.
