Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - Big, fresh, rich nose w/quince, tart-nectarine, smoky, pungent red-cherry, lavender & honeysuckle. Very Pinot.
Strong mousse/med size bubbles.
Palate follows through & adds tart-apricot, blood-orange, fuji-apple, pink-grapefruit & lime-flesh.
Finishes w/red-cherry, lime-flesh, tart-apricot, & quince.
Medium intensity, but excellent follow-through both on nose & palate. Lots going on here.
