Saturday, August 2, 2014 - Got it from a private collector.

golden colour with slighly less fizz. In the beginning, strong 'home brew wine' smell, oxidative in a nice way. The palate is with good acidity, enough sweetness and honey taste. After a while the smell fully turned into a roasted pie or sweet yeasty smell. The palate was very complex, the length was incredible; as someone said, 'neverending'. Mouthwatering still after 1 or 2 mins. After that even slight floral feeling on the tongue.
The empty glass still obviously smell baked apple. Amazing wine.
