Likes this wine:

Friday, June 1, 2018 - developed nose that's a little reminiscent of the 08 Lopez Gravonia from few days ago. Some notes (along the lines of wax?) i interpret as oak, but could just be my mis-calibrated understanding of oak all along. There's still the unmistakable beguiling florality and some pungent minerality, but maybe shown with less clarity compared to a young riesling. Immensely fruity, creamy, concentrated palate. Almost a hedonistic style and a contradictory one because of the acids, that can still make you pucker despite the good amount of sugar. 91-92

was so excited for my first riesling with a good age on it. But side by side with 15 St. Urbans-Hof Ockfener Bockstein Kabinett not sure if i clearly prefer one over the other.
