Friday, December 31, 2010 - Wonderful wine in such a great spot. Had with parents after a 2004 Winston Hill from Frank Family. The Winston Hill was a 97 point wine. Everything you would want in a Bordeaux blend. Tannins on the Spottswoode were still present, but tamer. Fruit was lush, secondary characteristics present. Had those black currant and graphite notes.
