Sunday, October 21, 2007 - Consumed over two days. Initially decanted for 90 minutes. Nose of tar and dark fruit. Unusually stong palate of mocha and cocao which was quite appealing. On day two there was no oxidation and the wine had really opened up and was stretching its' legs with a longer, lingering finish. This is still a baby and don't plan on touching my 01' & 02's for a few years based on this.
