Monday, July 27, 2015 - Wine was really closed when I initially decanted and evolved over the first hour, from fairly undrinkable to a really interesting point. The fruit is gone and the secondary elements are now there; graphite and some tar. Great mouthfeel and a wonderful compliment to the steak kabobs we had. I think you can drink this one now, as I believe it is starting a slow decline.
