Wednesday, September 5, 2018 - My last two bottles should have drunk them earlier
Bottle 1 was nice but was clearly past its prime
Raisiny nose and taste what structure that was left overpowered the fruit so it wasn’t tannic but slightly sharp with very mild dark fruit

Hints of cedar and minerals
Bottle 2 was better fresher nose and more fruit than tannins complex and interesting wine cedar and minerals
