Monday, October 26, 2015 - ABV 13; lost and now found in the basement; cork breaking down at the bottom; burnished gold with a hint of tea; musty to start, but then quite nice with mild chinese leftovers on day 2. Quince, with moderate acidity and a hint of oxidation. No reason to hold this.
