Tuesday, March 9, 2010 - A little light. Not for drinking alone as it provides no pleasure. Did perform better with food (chicken with blueberry-balsamic reduction and risotto.) Very little oak presence, some bright acidity. Mixed feelings really, will try again with a different dish but I think I prefer proper chianti as it has more substance.
