Monday, August 2, 2010 - Definitely one of my favorite "bargain" pasta wines. Medium garnet color with a nose of blackberries and cherries with a cedar base. On the palate, some sour cherry and floral notes, particularly in the rear palate. Very short finish. Great food wine -- went really well with pizza.
