Friday, April 28, 2017 - I have followed this wine over the last 8 years, and the wine is now slowly on its way down from its peak. It is still pure and balanced, but there is a whiff of cooked fruit that I have not detected before. Ripe, black fruit, a bit earthy, mature profile with plums and raisins.
