Monday, February 13, 2012 - Simply remarkable. A little bit black evening gown; a little bit short leather mini-skirt. Very broad, well-balanced fruit - red, blue, black and a touch of raisin/prune, but doesn't go into the olive flavors that I associate with Cayuse (and don't find particularly flattering). Very complex on the palate - fruit, spice, texture all seem to evolve in the mouth. Finish goes on longer than a Charlie Sheen rant. Epic wine.
