Saturday, December 31, 2011 - Actually a 'fun' and rather interesting wine made from 100 percent Botrytised Roussanne... The nose displays a vivid array of melted beeswax or honey combined with subtle tones of lychée, tangerine and peach. The palate is full and lush with a finish lasting some 40 seconds. Overall impression is very positive, this is a fun and very nice effort. Age seems to do this effort justice. It is far more complex tonight compared to a couple of years ago.
