Thursday, May 7, 2015 - Still showing well. Quite rich and full on the palate. Not as much of the tropical elements at this point, but still has a savory aspect and good acidity to balance it. This still has quite a bit of fullness and character. I don't know if it will improve any, but it should show well for a few more years.
