Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - Double decanted then slow ox for 3 hours, then consumed over 2 hours. Elegant structure, round and well integrated. Dried red cherries, raisins, tar, leather and licorice. Nose was shy at first but came out to play after an hour. Slightly hot going down, but not overly so. Some chewy tannin appeared in the 2nd glass, but settled down by the next. Lingering, consistent finish. Absolutely what one would like with a Barbaresco, very nice indeed.
