Wednesday, October 31, 2018 - Pale gold. A moderately restrained nose of floral lemon rind - Meyer lemon maybe - and some green herbacious notes. The palate has nice density of smooth lemon fruit, bright and focused acidity, and a long finish of grippy minerality and lemon curd. This is still quite young and probably has another 5 years before it starts to enter maturity. A very nice wine in a restrained, elegant style.
