Tuesday, January 5, 2010 - This was fantastic. It was served pop and pour, which was a disservice to the wine. Nonetheless, by two hours into it, there was lots going on the nose and the palate. The nose had dark fruit with loads of blackberries and blueberries taking the lead. It tasted of those fruits as well as oak and spices. This wine had great balance and a long finish. I hope to wait at least 24 months before trying another.
