Friday, July 29, 2011 - Youthful and spirited reserve Napa Cabernet with shining bright maroon color and deep,
perfumed red berry fruit. Mixes potent dark cherry and distinct cassis with a backdrop
of menthol and spice. Superb balance and structure integrity are maintained in this well
made red wine. A wonderful midpalate with touches of coffee lead to a long, detailed,
slightly oaked finish. The second evening an element of mint was introduced. Not showing
any signs of fading, drink now through 2012.
