Thursday, December 10, 2020 - My last bottle after a long and fun run. Slightly ruby at the edge. Nose is smokey, mushroom, and forest floor. On the palate hints of strawberry, lavender(?) with tannins totally resolved. Very delicate palate. Still intriguing but would drink up.
