Monday, March 5, 2007 - Incredibly youthful and still rather tight. Chocolate, licorice, slightly musty cedar and dark fruits. Full bodied with just the enough tannin to give texture and grip. Needs another 5-7 years to show its best. My rating reflects my waning interest in Cab based wines and the quality of the Littorai One Acre Pinot tasted at the same time.
