Monday, November 1, 2010 - Quite light for a Gewurz, lemony gold. Lychee, appricots, rose water, and some very subtle pepper on the nose. Very well held together on the palette slightly off dry but with some acid to balance. Shame I only had one bottle of this, would have liked a re-visit in a year or two.
