Tuesday, December 13, 2011 - I had it decantered for about 3 hours and wow what a velvety amazingly structured wine this is. I love the elegance of this wine and the eucalyptus tones are wonderful. Very clean fruit. There is no real sign of the sweet red fruit that a lot of american cabs can have. Thats the beauty of this. A class wine!
