Friday, January 6, 2023 - Complex wine and nothing of a blockbuster. I opened the bottle 30 minutes before drinking and it was a bit subdued at first but gotter better (and longer) with time and air.
Definitely drinking well now. I would suggest opening at least one hour before drinking or giving a short decant.
