Thursday, July 13, 2023 - Extraordinary how well this has aged. It has a beautiful ethereal texture with just the right touch of faded cherry fruit with pronounced but not overdone acidity. The finish is elegant and complex with notes of minerals and roses. Quite mature and from a perfect bottle. Wow!
