Thursday, November 11, 2021 - Nose: Beautiful concentrated dark berries, cherry tart,, cassis and pencil. Mint, bell pepper and cedar. This is well focused and and has great depth. Palate: berry staining entry, cherry skin, loamy earth and just a touch of menthol. Really nice. Finish: Complete and complex. Great dark cabernet fruit and freshvfloral notes and sweet cedar.
