Initially, the wine seemed past its best even after a few hours. Slight oxidation notes were suggested, but nothing really more than honey, white flowers and refreshing acidity.

Half the bottle was tasted after 48h, and it somehow opened up significantly. Brighter, fresher, more lively and complex.
Drink or hold, but suggest decanting and opening well ahead of time. Trust!
