Tuesday, December 7, 2021 - Still big and brooding. Dark black cherry color core with a lighter (not quite brick edged) rim at 16 years old. Black tea leaves, earth, black currant, and bitter chocolate. Really delicious with well integrated tannins. Will easily last another 10-15 years but drinking well now. Highly recommended.
