Wednesday, March 18, 2015 - Red in color with a clear rim. The wine is showing the appropriate age. Delicate nose with floral notes and sweet cherry. Red fruit dominated palate with good depth and complexity. It does not have the real earthy and wet forest profile, but there is no doubt that this is Burgundy and not new world. There are undertones of roses and pine. Drank well with a heavy chicken dish and pasta. It was good alone and with food.
