Saturday, November 3, 2018 - Decanted 1.5 hours and found an impressive improvement from opening to time of tasting. Wine showed a slight amber on the edge from age and a beautiful clear color. Rather remarkable when you consider it was recommend to peak by 2013. Good tannins, smooth and very enjoyable. Capsule was clean, but cork was soft and top crumbled and half of the cork ended up in the bottle. Used the gold filter from an old coffee maker to eliminate any cork in the decanter.
