Saturday, October 11, 2014 - Nice medium golden yellow. Nose is yeasty, toasty, apricot and peach . Pleasant but not "blow you away good". The yeast/ pizza dough smell and flavor is a bit over powering. Lacks some complexity. Had hoped for more.
