Wednesday, January 26, 2011 - Popped and vinturried from a 375. A bit raisiny/pruney, and kind of tight/closed on the mid palate and finish. Started to open up a bit more with some air, and the acidity picked up on the finish. Didn't live up to the 750ml I had about a year ago, and seems like a trend based on some recent TN's that note coming froma 375ml... save a bit of the bottle, will see if it improves on day 2.
day 2 - Slight improvement, but also showing signs of oxidation, so kind of a wash... I will wait a year or more for my next bottle..
