Saturday, May 28, 2011 - Decanted approx. 2 hours ... The ripe fruit remains here but it's far smoother (esp. after decant) and more subtle than when we first tried it a few years back. Very dry, medium finish. Perfect Summer red ... Easy to drink and not overly weighty, yet still somewhat substantial. ... Served with grilled herb-rubbed striploin, salt potatoes and grilled asparagus.
