Big nose with dark fruit, mostly blackberries. Also nice notes of oak spice and cocoa dust. Excellent texture and tannins. Nice acidity and delicate fruit. A nicely balanced LS that I should have opened a few years ago. A true Ridge blend, well made in all aspects and nothing is excessively done. Would pair it with grilled steak with lots of herbs and spices.
