Tuesday, May 17, 2016 - Brilliant full throttle Napa Cab. Fully mature dark inky purple in the glass with zero sediment and a gorgeous nose of black cherry, raspberry and creme de cassis. Palate coating like a fine silk sweater and finish which sails on and on.
If a date, this was a well traveled intellectual stunner who dazzles you with conversation over dinner before bring you home and dazzling you in other ways. A pinnacle of Napa juice.
