Friday, June 30, 2017 - Exhilarating juice. Drank with a wine-lover friend after a 1 hour decant.
Complex layered nose of dark fruit, creme de cassis berries and spice
Fully mature dark purple with zero sediment, we agreed while it's at an apogee currently there's at least 10+ years of brilliant drinking left.
If a date, this was a 35 year old PhD assistant professor of medieval philosophy who keeps you titillated all evening with her combination of beauty, maturity and intellectual intrigue.
