Tuesday, April 28, 2015 - nose and flavor profile of black pepper, menthol, cedar, plum, dark chocolate, and blackberry. beautiful mouthfeel supported by powdery tannins that are resolving nicely. long finish shows a tiny touch of heat at the outset, but fades nicely. excellent wine as always.
