9/16/2022 3:55:00 PM - Your note really takes me back to the last time I tasted this when I thought it was too angular and lean for its own good. I really enjoy the Butteaux year in and year out, but I have questions about how this one will turn out. One thing is certain, and that is that it will need a long time to fully mature.
