Monday, September 2, 2013 - Blast of sulphur initially which blew off to reveal beautiful seashells minerality with whiff of honey which grew stronger over time. On palate brisk acidity balanced by that same honeyed sweetness which gave an overall impression of roundness, unusual for a Chablis. Superb example and many years of life ahead.
