Wednesday, December 18, 2019 - There's a killer balance to the rich honey and cutting iodine of this perfectly aged Séchet, a cool subparcel of Vaillons, that come together on the palate with a surprising amount of weight and intense, honeyed fruit given how austere this wine presented itself on release. Finishes with the juxtaposition of salty minerality and more honey. Very good!
