Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Just a touch of deepening on the colour. Nose of vanilla and fruit chew. in the mouth this has some weight and viscosity, the citric entry quickly gives way to a buttery vanilla then the acid comes back to support some sweet pineapple fruit and finally some bitterness from the oak. Medium - finish. Not linear, pure or mineralic. Very pleasing.
