Friday, January 4, 2019 - I had hope as my next to last bottle 3 years ago was very clean and slow progressing. Sadly, but not surprisingly, this last one was premoxed. Continue to keep fingers crossed that the implementation of the diam corks with the 2010 vintage will keep me from pouring wine (and money) down the kitchen sink.
