Saturday, February 14, 1998 - Rich, fruity, and spicy. Very intense apples and spice flavors that finish long on the palate. Maybe too much oak? It didn't seem like it at first, but by the end of the day it appeared the oak might be too prevalent. Excellent none-the-less.
