Sunday, September 13, 2015 - Nice purple color. Dark fruit, leather, earth, and a touch of spice on the nose. Gripping tannins and bracing acidity on the palate, with the fruit and leather showing through. Not a ton of character. If I had another bottle, I'd hold it a couple more years to see if the tannins soften a bit.
